Lead times depend on the size of the order, smaller orders where we have the modulars in stock can have lead times as short as 6 weeks to delivery.  Larger builds could have lead times as long as 14 weeks. 
All of our builds are custom made to your specification and the power requirements will vary unit to unit. but one of our typical 8x40 Flower units will draw around 80Amps 240V single phase.  Our units can be run from 208V-240V single or three phase power supply.
 
Single grow rooms can be delivered ready to use, you will need an electrician and plumber to hook up the unit, or we can facilitate this for you. The largest units we can deliver Turn Key are 8x40. If your project requires larger customized setups it will require an onsite installation. 
 
Yes rebates they are eligible, however these rebates vary from zip code but can be claimed for LED lighting, HVAC, and Dehumidification systems installed. Rebates are based on what local utility company policies, we work with a company that will research and secure rebates.
 

Yes, our modular homes and work rooms require a simple installation that can take no. more than 3 days. You will need an electrician and plumber for the installation or we can facilitate this for you.

Yes, flat pack modular buildings can be stacked to create two or three-storey buildings. Internal staircases can be added as an option to accommodate multi-level configurations.

Larger or multi-unit buildings may take longer. Grow rooms take much longer due to the internal setup and components.
