Overview
Victory Natural Farms a New Jersey based cannabis cultivation operation, required a full turn-key set of growing and processing rooms for their new facility at Green Valley.
Objectives
Victory required a modular indoor grow system that would be a fully turn-key operation, be scalable and be delivered in phases for all year-round growing. The grow setup needed to provide for propagation, flowering and drying/curing of cannabis and designed to harvest 1024sf of canopy every 2 weeks.
Solution
Victory contracted Moduulize to build a solution that would allow them to rapidly deploy and scale its operation and maximize yields. The Moduulize team designed a modular grow system connected with a 10’X64′ wide hallway for ease of access from room to room, while maintaining a closed, sealed environment. Each room has automation controlling AC unit, heat and cool, humidity and CO2.
The modular solution included:
- 1 x 40-foot Double-Wide Propagation Room
- 4 x 40-Foot Double-Wide Flower Rooms
- 1 x 40-Foot Double-Wide Dry Room
- 1 Air Lock
Results
Moduulize delivered the modular grow system in less than twelve weeks. The system was assembled and finished on-site at Victory’s location. Each room was carefully constructed using an insulated modular panel system to provide a state-of-the-art growing and processing facility for a fully integrated operation.
